If you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding sale items, Under Garments, Cosmetic & Beauty products), please send it back to our distribution center within 7-10 days of the delivery date. 

 

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.

 

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Le'Ketura Boutique does not provide return shipping labels at this time. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Where is my order confirmation?

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@leketuraboutique.com to your safe sender list.

For Some Reason My Order Will Not Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you’re receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
